I really am waiting for the release of this figure. I had collected the other Kai Arts figures (Joker, Joker Black, and Harley Quinn) and have to say that the quality of the craftmanship is impressive for such a small action figure (as compared with the much larger Hot Toys and Enterbay). Here is a video I found reviewing the figure and makes me even more curious. I need to get my hands on this figure.
The villains are taking over all DC titles this upcoming September and each month all DC titles will showcase a series of villains pertaining to that hero or title. This is a a nice opportunity to get to meet all those villains we loved to hate as the new 52 universe has reimagined them. Some you’ve already seen in the new series, but others will be introduced for the first time. Oh and don’t forget, the Villain Month books will feature nifty 3D motion covers (that will most likely spike the price of the issues, but some of them are really neat!)Now for you all, here is a summary of the Villain issues for each title:

Now is your chance to meet another character from the upcoming game INFINITY CRISIS to come out later this year. Check out his powers, weaknesses and playing tips.
Spending time with this Joker isn’t just fun–it’s a gas!
Gaslight Joker
Universe of Origin: Gaslight
The prosperous Age of Invention’s most infamous serial killer, Gaslight Joker butchers his opponents with bloody cleaver and swarms of starving rats. Word traveled through Gotham of a “Laughing Butcher” who, with a joke and smile, led unsuspecting street dwellers beneath his shop to feed his pet rats. Batman heard these tales and sought this butcher out. The butcher fled and, in his flight, plummeted into a vat of chemicals. His face bleached and frozen into a mad mocking grin, he was transformed into “the Joker”. Gaslight Joker wades into fights with sweeping strikes of cleaver and ham, often followed by his “pets,” a ravenous swarm of starving rats.
I found a full ARKHAM ORIGINS DEMO WALKTHROUGH that was shown at E3 this year and has a little more footage on the Joker, plus more graphics from the actual playgame. Joker footage starts with the Penthouse cinematics at 14:59 and runs for almost two minutes. Mr. Baker is really doing an amazing job trying to fill such large shoes and he’s not disappointing.
(I still can’t believe this guy was Batman’s/TwoFace/Brainiac voice for the LEGO BATMAN 2 movie)
The whole playable demo walkthrough is a real treat though, so feel free to watch it from the beginning…ENJOY
It’s been some time since I posted in this site, distracted by the responsabilities of the real world, but its time for some fun. When ARKHAM CITY ORIGINS was first announced they said that the Joker was going to be younger and the image would be reinvented as the game was a prequel to the well known ARKHAM ASYLUM and ARKHAM ORIGINS.
They also confirmed that Mark Hamill would not be part of the cast since he had already retired and that the Joker’s voice was going to be given to a Troy Baker (that I have to confess, is an unknown to me, but from I have read in his resume…was well known in the anime world) I was dying to hear him and finally E3 2013 bring us one of the latest trailers of ORIGINS with Joker popping in and sying one of his trademark phrases at the end of the trailer.
I was stunned. The guy does a very close impersonation of Mark Hamill’s Joker. Tone and pitch almost identical but with a very unique characteristic that adds youth and freshness to the character. I like what I’ve heard so far, and the actual look in this ‘younger Joker’ keeps the the villain’s comic book image original concept
Without any more delay, here is the trailer courtesy of E3 2013, COMMUNITY GAME and YouTUBE; ENJOY!
Get to meet the Infinity Crisis Joker and his abilities. Tips on the Clown Prince of Crime’s abilities, weaknesses and tactics are summarized in this interesting video from INFINITECRISISGAME. Enjoy!

This is a concept art of the Joker to star in the new ARKHAM ORIGINSgame being developed by WB Games Montreal. The studio has apparently reported that Mark Hamill WILL NOT reprise his version of the villain this time but that instead the ORIGINS Joker will be voice by Troy Baker
And from this preview we are going to be looking to a much younger version of the Clown Prince of Crime, probably the reason for selecting a much younger voice actor to portray him.
Those pesky guys at GAMEINFORMER have created a site dedicated to the upcoming game ARKHAM ORIGINS and includes some interesting articles on the story, the characters, the art and the music of the game. If you wanna get your fix on the latest about the game, click on the picture below and you will be directed to the site. Enjoy the trip gamers!!
WB Montreal has announced the release of the ARKHAM ASYLUM/ CITY prequel titled ARKHAM ORIGINS. According to the announcement, WB Games Montreal is taking over Rocksteady for the development of this game and from the looks of it, Paul Dini (who wrote the story for the previous games) is not attached to the project this time.
Sadly, rumors has it (from WB representative it seems) that Mark Hamill might not return to reprise his Joker role this time.
Along with the first trailer, news of the voice cast for the game has dropped courtesy of IGN. A Warner Bros. spokesperson stated Roger Craig Smith has been confirmed as the voice of Batman, whileTroy Baker is confirmed as the Joker. However, Conroy seemingly confirmed at Dallas Comic Con this weekend that he’s been working on the game for the last 10 months.
The game is announced to be released in OCTOBER 25, 2013 and you can already reserve your copy at your local game shop. Here is the trailer released by WB Montreal at the moment of the announcement:
