This is a concept art of the Joker to star in the new ARKHAM ORIGINS game being developed by WB Games Montreal. The studio has apparently reported that Mark Hamill WILL NOT reprise his version of the villain this time but that instead the ORIGINS Joker will be voice by Troy Baker
And from this preview we are going to be looking to a much younger version of the Clown Prince of Crime, probably the reason for selecting a much younger voice actor to portray him.
Troy Baker…Like Van Kleiss Troy Baker…Nothing against him, as a matter of fact I would prefer him over Richard Epcar and Brent Spiner any day–but really, Troy Baker?

I still have to see how he sounds. He supposedly has done a lot of anime movies, but I don’t keep my hopes too high. After all, they have not hit it yet with a successor to Hamill ( and I don’t believe they will find one like him ever, but there has to be someone out there with the same talent and understanding of the character to take over the voice)
I agree…Brent Spiner was a poor choice but I kind of think that Epcar was a good choice in INJUSTICE ( though I hated him in DC vs Mortal Combat.)
Okay just watched the first watched first trailer staring him, and so far Troy sounds just like Hamill.
Yep, I saw it too and I like the fact that he sounds a lot like Hamill after all, the series need a little of continuity with the voice acting. Still I think he adds a new…how to call it…freshness to the interpretation. Hamill’s Joker sounded deifinitely older in the previous games.
