IRREVERENT BUT HILARIOUS!
I was just browsing around and found the ADULT SWIM site with some of clips from their ROBOT CHICKEN SERIES. Upon searching for Joker, I found this hilarious clip (Mark Hamill voices Joker and (I think) Tom Kane (who sound just likre Morgan Freeman, voices Manta):

As cool as it would have been to hear Morgan Freeman voicing this… It’s not… it’s the amazing Tom Kane… a top talent in the voice over world. Seth Green even had Tom fool Morgan F’s son into thinking it was his dad. That’s how good the guy is. I didn’t realize it tilll after a couple of day’s that it was Tom Kane that was voicing “Mayor Quincy Sharp” in the “Arkham City” video game.
